1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is Blow Bar [Blow Bar Trading Pty Ltd, ABN 49 641 639 072] of 281 Bronte Rd, Waverley NSW 2024. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Blow Bar, their immediate families, and anyone associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The competition opens 12th May 2026 and closes 11.59pm AEST, Saturday 31 May 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the entry form at blowbarco.com.au and subscribe to the Blow Bar newsletter. Entry is free. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. THE PRIZE
One (1) prize of four (4) general admission tickets to ANASTASIA The Broadway Musical at Sydney Lyric Theatre on Wednesday 3 June 2026, 7pm. Total retail prize value: approximately AUD $359.60 (inclusive of GST). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for transport to and from the venue and any additional expenses.

6. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected by random draw on Sunday 1 June 2026 at 10am AEST at Blow Bar Bronte, 281 Bronte Rd, Waverley NSW 2024, using a verifiably random method.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name and suburb may be published on Blow Bar's website and social media channels.

8. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw conducted under the same conditions.

9. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter's control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10. PRIVACY
Entrants' personal information will be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with Blow Bar's Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Blow Bar and can unsubscribe at any time.

11. LIABILITY
The promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from prize acceptance, nor for any loss or damage suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).

12. GENERAL
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. The promoter's decisions in all matters relating to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW). No authority is required as the total prize value is under $10,000.
