Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a Credit Card - this will be requested when making a booking on the website or App.

  • We require 24hours cancellation.

  • If you cancel within our 24 hours cancellation window or do not show up to your appointment, $30 will automatically be deducted from your Credit Card on file.

  • If you reschedule your appointment in a 24 hours cancellation window, $30 will automatically be deducted from your Credit Card on file.

  • If you do not have a card on file and cancel in the 24 hour window, you will be emailed the invoice to be paid.

  • You will be required to pay any outstanding monies owed upon your next visit.

  • Cancellations are taken online, please log into your account and select cancel.

  • If outside 24 hours you can cancel or reschedule on the website.

  • We do not accept email cancellations as they are not monitored closely.

  • If you have a pack, our 24 hours cancellation policy still applies and your card on file will be charged if you do not show or cancel in 24hour window3 no-shows will result in payment up front.
